The 7th edition, Digital Choc
Initiated by the French Institute – Tokyo, Digital Choc is a festival with the ambition to present emerging and established artists and thinkers influenced by the use of new technologies. For the 7th edition, Digital Choc strives to explore the perception of our environment after that human being deeply left his mark on it. The question of our planet’s place in space and its status as the only living environment for the human species have always been a rich subject of inspirations for artists and thinkers. By the use of new technologies, artists are able to renew our relationship with the exploration of the world all around us.

This festival is held in partner with major media art festivals such as MeCA (Media Conference in Asia : A Transnational Platform), Media Ambition Tokyo (MAT), GOETHE-INSTITUT TOKYO, Scopitone Festival of Nantes, France, and Biennale Némo of Paris. We hope this will be an opportunity for children and adults to enjoy and experience the newest media arts and to think about how precious earth is. We look forward to welcoming many of you.
