IMA ARART Exhibition雑誌IMAがリリースしているiOSアプリ「IMA+ARART」はスマートフォンをかざすと写真が動きだす変容現実技術を用いて、写真表現や雑誌メディアの可能性を拡張させることをテーマに写真とアプリが連動する作品を製作してきました。毎号アプリのために撮り下ろして製作した作品は、写真家やブランドの個性と混ざり合うことでARという技術の可能性をアップデートさせ、アート写真や広告の手法にも新たな視点をもたらしました。今回のエキシビジョンでは、紙面から選んだAR作品を作家の解説と共に展示します。単純な技術のアピールには留まらない、全く新しい表現のプラットフォームとしての写真体験が出来る展覧会です。

IMA ARART ExhibitionIMA+ARART is an application released by IMA magazine that uses the augmented reality platform, “ARART”. IMA+ARART showcases work that integrate IMA’s photography and articles with the application to expand both photographic expression and publication media potential. The works created for this periodical application are consolidated with the artist’s character or brand identity. It has progressed AR technology to a new level, suggesting a new paradigm for artistic photography and public relations. This exhibition offers a chance to experience photographic expression as an entirely new creative platform, not just as an appeal for novel technology.
